ESB Developer

We have an immediate vacancy for an ESB Developer with over 6 years of experience at the company in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on designing and implementing a middleware service layer that exposes CASA scorecard variables from a centralized RDBMS to the FinnOne Loan Origination System.

Job Description:
The ESB / Integration Developer will:

• Design and implement ESB services exposing CASA variable outputs from RDBMS via secure SOAP APIs.
• Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms including OAuth2/JWT token validation, mTLS mutual authentication, request validation, throttling, caching, and standardized error handling.
• Create an API versioning strategy, enforce backward compatibility policies, and develop deprecation frameworks.
• Build non-production sandboxes and develop portal artifacts, including API specifications, usage examples, and Postman collections.
• Collaborate with the FinnOne LOS team to define request patterns, idempotency keys, and error-retry logic.
• Define integration design parameters and produce the FinnOne LOS Consumption Guide and checklist.
• Execute non-functional testing of ESB services and provide tuning reports.
• Integrate ESB services into the CI/CD pipeline with security compliance and approval gates for production.
• Ensure all ESB services comply with security standards (IAM, PII masking, encryption).
• Produce operational monitoring dashboards and support handover processes.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise service bus platforms (IBM MQ, MuleSoft, TIBCO, WSO2, or equivalent).
• Strong understanding of SOAP, WSDL, and REST/JSON service design.
• Proven implementation of API security standards, including OAuth2/JWT, mTLS, and API gateway policies.
• Familiarity with IAM in enterprise banking environments.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and experience designing and executing load and stress tests for API services.
• Prior experience integrating with FinnOne LOS or similar loan origination platforms is highly desirable.
