Job Purpose: The ESG Senior Consultant will deliver strategy and advisory consultancy services, focusing on ESG and decarbonization requirements while ensuring high quality and efficiency in work.

Key Responsibilities: - Manage the delivery of projects in a client-facing role. - Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with clients' business models and UAE Vision initiatives. - Advise on ESG risks, opportunities, and materiality assessments. - Prepare ESG and sustainability reports aligned with global frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD). - Support clients on carbon management and disclosure frameworks. - Conduct climate risk assessments and advise on climate resilience strategies.

Qualifications / Experience: - Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Sustainable Development, Environment, Business Administration). - Familiarity or interest in Environmental and Social Governance (ESG) and Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs). - Minimum 4-5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in real estate, manufacturing, investment, or finance. - Experience in ESG reporting, data analysis, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills and Competencies: - Strong leadership, management, and strategic planning abilities. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. - Technical expertise in ESG and sustainability. - Client-focused attitude with a commitment to relationship building and business development. - Ability to manage projects independently and mentor junior team members.

Language Requirements: Proficiency in English is required. This role is critical in delivering exemplary consultancy services and driving sustainability initiatives for the company's diverse clientele.
