About the Role / About the Job The ServiceNow Technical Architect will play a crucial role in defining and implementing the Integrated Risk Management (IRM) framework, Security Operations (SecOps), and Business Continuity Management (BCM). This role involves designing and building various components vital for managing risks and compliance across the organization. Responsibilities - Define the IRM data model, including entities such as risks, controls, issues, policies, obligations, third-party risk, and the regulatory framework (SAMA/NCA/ITGF/BCM). - Map risk taxonomy, control library, control objectives, and obligations to ensure comprehensive control coverage. - Align to the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for service-centric risk and control scoping. - Design and build policies for lifecycle management, risk assessment frameworks (both qualitative and quantitative), control testing, issue remediation strategies, and attestations. - Develop continuous compliance designs to facilitate evidence automation, define sampling rules, and establish control indicators/key risk indicators (KRIs). - Architect and design integrations for Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), and Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR). - Create a data model for Business Impact Analysis (BIA), identifying critical processes/services, Maximum Tolerable Period of Disruption (MTPD), Recovery Time Objective (RTO), Recovery Point Objective (RPO), and dependencies on applications, locations, vendors, and personnel. - Connect BCM with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) Business/Application Services to support resilience-by-design principles. - Engage in hands-on development and provide design expertise throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements - Extensive experience with ServiceNow and its various modules relevant to IRM, SecOps, and BCM. - Strong knowledge of risk management principles, frameworks, and methodologies. - Proven experience in architecture and design, particularly regarding compliance and governance. - Familiarity with data modeling and the creation of effective risk management strategies. - Hands-on development skills, with an emphasis on implementing and customizing solutions.
