Job Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and pricing for LV systems.
- Ensure timely submission of tenders while complying with specifications and standards.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with OEM partners.
- Provide technical support during pre-bid and post-bid stages.
- Align closely with internal engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Add value by optimizing the usage of components.
- Foster team building and capability development.
- Coordinate overall program activities and deliver technical solutions.
- Focus on cost reduction, customer support, and project profitability.
- Ensure efficient resource utilization and conduct technical reviews.
- Uphold quality management and documentation standards.
- Advocate for process improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in sales and estimation of LV systems, preferably with experience in the UAE market.
- Proven exposure to commercial buildings, data centres, BMS, oil & gas, and utility projects.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) and Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, including:
- Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Data Centre LV infrastructure
- Commercial building electrical requirements
- Good understanding of tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract conditions.
- Knowledge of UAE authority regulations and international standards.
- Familiarity with relevant UAE authority regulations such as DEWA, ADDC, SEWA, ADCD, Civil Defence, and Etisalat/DU (ELV scope).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and estimation tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential.
- A valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
