About the Job:
The company is seeking an experienced ETL Developer with over 7 years of experience. The ETL Developer will be responsible for the full data pipeline from Core Banking through to the centralized RDBMS, serving as the technical backbone of the CASA Covered Card Scorecard system. The developer will build and manage all ingestion, transformation, CASA variable calculation, and RDBMS publish jobs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build Informatica PowerCenter ingestion pipelines for source tables to the Azure Data Lake Bronze zone, supporting both full initial and incremental loads.
- Implement schema drift detection, metadata capture, and create reusable parameterization across environments.
- Develop Data Quality checks at ingress with alerting dashboards and produce reconciliation reports.
- Build transformation logic on Cloudera CDP using Spark for CASA variable calculations.
- Develop and maintain the CASA Variables Catalog including definitions, formulas, and business ownership.
- Design target RDBMS schema and produce deployment guides.
- Integrate ETL pipelines into CI/CD processes and support the CAB approval process for production deployments.
- Produce operational run-books for jobs, and participate in Knowledge Transfer sessions.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter and familiarity with Informatica Cloud (IICS).
- Solid experience with Azure services, specifically ADLS Gen2 and Azure Purview.
- Proven expertise in Cloudera CDP, Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala), Hive, and Impala for data transformation.
- Strong SQL skills (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL) with experience in DDL design and performance tuning.
- Knowledge of enterprise data quality frameworks and experience implementing related DQ rules.
- Familiarity with financial services data, particularly CASA accounts and credit scoring variables.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for ETL and familiarity with Git, JIRA, and change management processes.
