ETL Lead

The ETL Lead position is a full-time role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with an application deadline of 30-Jun-2025.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Strong knowledge in Talend, including usage of various transformations.
• Familiarity with integrating BRMS tools like DROOLs with Talend.
• Experience with Cloudera Platform, Hive, and Python coding skills.
• Proficiency in SQL query writing within Oracle and DB2; ability to analyze business logic in queries and develop new business rules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, lead teams, resolve conflicts, track progress, and report.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts, including Data Marts, EDW, and ODS.
• Familiarity with job scheduling, monitoring, analyzing failures, and performing fixes.
• Experience addressing performance issues/parallelism; data modeling exposure is essential.
• Experience working in a Scrum-based delivery model.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for defect fixing and triaging.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
