EUC Lead / End-User Computing Lead

About the Job: The company is seeking an EUC Lead to manage end-user computing support and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing incidents, service requests, onboarding, desktop/laptop support, software deployment, and enhancing end-user productivity. This role requires leading the EUC and service desk teams, monitoring service quality, managing SLA and KPI performance, and ensuring stable support for Windows endpoints and related technologies.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end EUC support across multiple platforms and locations.
• Manage the lifecycle of desktop and laptop devices, ensuring procurement and service quality.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to service desk teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
• Handle major incidents and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong background in EUC operations and desktop support.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools like Intune.
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service operations and incident management.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.

Preferred Certifications:

• ITIL Foundation or higher
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
• Microsoft endpoint or related certifications

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages may be beneficial.
