Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end EUC support across multiple platforms and locations.
- Manage the lifecycle of desktop and laptop devices, ensuring procurement and service quality.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to service desk teams, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Handle major incidents and ensure timely resolution while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in EUC operations and desktop support.
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and endpoint management tools like Intune.
- Experience with ITIL-aligned service operations and incident management.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation or higher
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft endpoint or related certifications
Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required; additional languages may be beneficial.
