About the Role
The Event Operations & Project Administration Intern plays a key role in supporting event planning, operational administration, permit coordination, and supplier management. This position involves documentation tasks, event setup, delivery, and breakdown, providing valuable hands-on experience in the event management field.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of event activities and operational timelines.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and record keeping.
• Help coordinate permits and related event paperwork with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with suppliers to support bookings, logistics, and delivery requirements.
• Maintain project trackers, schedules, and event documentation.
• Support on-site event setup, live delivery, and breakdown as required.
• Communicate updates and outstanding actions to the event team.
• Assist with post-event tasks and organisation of event materials.
