The role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of the fraud examination process by conducting thorough examinations, analyzing data and evidence, and generating final reports. The position requires adherence to established business policies and procedures while also collaborating with various departments to support ongoing investigations and identify potential fraud incidents.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the investigation department with related cases and required information.
  • Lead the planning and execution of the fraud examination process by conducting examinations, analyzing data and evidence, and generating final reports.
  • Assist in external interrogations with relevant units when necessary.
  • Raise red flags to appropriate parties to assist in recovering losses from fraud incidents.
  • Identify weaknesses in the company's internal controls and processes to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Utilize tools and monitoring systems to examine reported fraud activities within the group.
  • Assess the efficiency of fraud examination software and tools for detecting unusual behavior and fraud patterns.
  • Prepare statistical reports related to fraud examination activities within the group.
  • Collaborate with investigation units on fraud-related cases, providing necessary information and support.
  • Manage the delivery of fraud examinations for all attempted and committed financial, technical, and criminal infringements, collecting all relevant information.
  • Prepare statistical reports for the Business Integrity unit concerning fraud-related activities across subsidiaries.
  • Work with investigation units in fraud-related cases within subsidiaries, providing necessary support and information.
  • Manage the delivery of fraud examinations concerning all financial, technical, and criminal infringements at subsidiaries.

Years of Experience

  • 5 years and above

Nature of Experience

  • Prior experience in examination in the telecommunications industry.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems.

Certifications
