Executive - Accounts and Finance

About the Role
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely entries across various accounting categories, including store cash entries, sales reconciliation, petty cash verification, and fixed assets entries. The role plays a critical part in supporting the organization’s financial health by managing event sales and all related accounting entries.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate entries of DSS and petty cash, completing all entries and sales reconciliation checks promptly.
• Verify store staff incentives.
• Oversee store credit card entries and their reconciliation.
• Review and check other administrative expenses, primarily store-related expenses such as water, electricity, telephone, and petty cash, while providing proper provision amounts for Management Information System (MIS) purposes.
• Book monthly provisions and perform timely reversal of month-end entries.
