About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding KPI targets in External Events sales, including External Venues. You will develop and upsell to existing accounts while securing new accounts in line with the sales strategy across all revenue segments, including Hospitality, DXB, and Housekeeping. Your focus will also extend to External Wedding and Private Events sales, acting as the main contact for existing accounts and pursuing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed set KPI targets in External Events sales by developing and upselling to existing accounts and securing new accounts across all revenue segments.
- Support the Sales team in Event Plan Scripting, ensuring effective communication between Sales, Operational departments, and clients to deliver excellence in event execution.
- Manage External Wedding & Private Events sales, maintaining primary contact with existing accounts and pursuing new business in line with the sales strategy.
- Timely cascade event details to respective delivery departments to ensure client expectations are met.
- Consolidate event feedback, ensure necessary actions are taken, and maintain records for future events.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and business ethics to reflect the company’s values and image.
- Operate within established administrative responsibilities regarding sales, ensuring efficiency and compliance, including report preparation and project delivery assigned by the Line Manager.
Formal Education
- Degree from a reputable institution or a diploma in Hotel Management/Sales.
- MBA preferred.
Work Experience
- Fresh graduate or at least one year of experience.
