About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive - Human Capital to join the company. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Employee Relations & HR Support – Serve as the primary HR contact for colleagues, providing guidance on HR policies, employment matters, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and ensuring a positive colleague experience.
- HR Administration & Compliance – Prepare employment contracts, letters, certificates, and other HR documentation; maintain audit-ready employee records, manage purchase orders and office supplies, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Talent Management – Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, timely, and engaging experience for new joiners and departing colleagues.
- Learning & Development – Coordinate corporate learning initiatives, manage learning platforms such as Axonify, monitor training completion, track learning hours, and generate reports to support employee development.
- Colleague Engagement & Communication – Plan and execute colleague engagement activities, recognition programs (including Spirit of the company and Colleague of the Month/Year), CSR initiatives, departmental meetings, and maintain effective communication with department heads and colleagues.
- Guest Experience & Operational Excellence – Maintain accurate guest profiles, coordinate VIP arrivals and special requests, oversee guest relations activities, ensure timely delivery of VIP amenities, engage with guests to gather feedback, and support exceptional service standards while performing additional duties as required.

About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Higher Education (essential); Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field, with Business Studies and/or Business English qualifications (desirable).
- 2–3 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within Human Resources or the hospitality industry.
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment, ideally within the Middle East, with a strong customer service mindset and experience supporting internal stakeholders and employees.
- Excellent administrative, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
