About the Role
The Executive – IT Infrastructure & Security is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures reliable IT operations, safeguards critical data and systems, and supports the implementation of security measures to mitigate risks and maintain business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, and virtualization.
• Implement and oversee IT security measures to protect against security threats.
• Ensure business continuity through reliable IT operations and secure systems.
• Monitor IT systems for irregularities, troubleshoot issues, and conduct regular security assessments.
• Collaborate with various teams to align IT strategies with business objectives.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in IT security and infrastructure management.

Desired Skills & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and IT security practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with security tools, firewalls, endpoint protection, and SIEM solutions.
• Understanding of IT security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, CEH, CISSP).
