Executive – IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security (UAE National - Remote)

About the Role
The Executive – IT Infrastructure & Security is responsible for managing, maintaining, and securing the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role ensures reliable IT operations, safeguards critical data and systems, and supports the implementation of security measures to mitigate risks and maintain business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and security measures.
• Ensure the operational reliability of IT systems, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Implement and manage security controls to protect organizational data and IT assets.
• Monitor IT infrastructure for vulnerabilities and risks, addressing issues promptly.
• Support compliance with IT security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
• Collaborate with different teams to provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest technologies and security threats to continuously improve the IT infrastructure.

Desired Skills & Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and IT security practices.
• Hands-on knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
• Experience with security tools, firewalls, endpoint protection, and SIEM solutions.
• Understanding of IT security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, CEH, CISSP).

Contract and Travel Details

• Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
