Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the organization’s IT infrastructure and security measures.
- Ensure the operational reliability of IT systems, including networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Implement and manage security controls to protect organizational data and IT assets.
- Monitor IT infrastructure for vulnerabilities and risks, addressing issues promptly.
- Support compliance with IT security frameworks and standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.
- Collaborate with different teams to provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues as needed.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and security threats to continuously improve the IT infrastructure.
Desired Skills & Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and IT security practices.
- Hands-on knowledge of networking, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud technologies.
- Experience with security tools, firewalls, endpoint protection, and SIEM solutions.
- Understanding of IT security frameworks and compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, CEH, CISSP).
