The company Executive Programs (ExP) is a premier service within the company Executive Technology Services (ETS), designed for digital leaders. This exclusive, membership-based organization serves over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries, including members from Fortune 500 companies and governments worldwide. Members leverage the company's objective insights to navigate CIO-level challenges and access a vast community of peers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
- Develop service solutions for clients using all ExP products.
- Define and deliver innovative solutions based on member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs).
- Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops, research analyst visits, roundtables, and webinars.
- Present or facilitate at ExP events as needed.
- Build strong collaboration with the company's Sales organization to ensure member engagement and retention of ExP business.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of consulting or CxO roles with progressive technology exposure in fields such as AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, Blockchain, Big Data, and Cloud.
- Experience with extensive end-to-end transformative initiatives, including leading critical programs.
- In-depth knowledge of CIO focus areas and IT industry trends.
- Proven sales and/or business development experience with CXO level executives.
