Executive Partner

About the Job: The company Executive Programs (ExP) is a vital service within the company Executive Technology Services (ETS), serving over 8,500 CIOs and senior IT leaders across 87 countries. As an Executive Partner, you will manage a portfolio of member relationships and leverage your expertise to create service solutions tailored to client needs. Your responsibilities will include defining and delivering innovative solutions based on member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs), conducting workshops and briefings, and collaborating with the company’s Sales organization to ensure member engagement and renewal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 28+ member relationships.
• Develop customized service plans and innovative solutions for clients.
• Conduct a mix of on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops and webinars.
• Present or facilitate at relevant ExP events.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to drive member engagement.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of progressive experience in consulting or CxO roles, particularly in technology sectors (AI, BI, ML, Digital Transformation, etc.).
• Demonstrated leadership in large transformative initiatives and a deep understanding of CIO priorities.
• Experience in sales and business development with CxO level executives.
