Executive - Retail Sales

About the Role
In this position, you will play a vital role in the sales process by facilitating the sale of new vehicles on behalf of the brand. This involves managing customer relationships effectively and ensuring a seamless transaction that meets customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Fully perform in the sales process, facilitating the sale of new vehicles.
• Record and manage each enquiry in the dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow-up.
• Ensure customer transactions are seamless and meet customer experience expectations in a timely manner.
• Understand key performance indicators as provided by the line manager.
• Support the line manager to maximize the profitability of each sale.

Administration

• Follow the documented sales process responsibly, complying with the company and legal requirements.
• Support customers in understanding the process and requirements for purchasing a new vehicle.
• Help maintain sales operations to the desired standards of display and presentation.
• Adhere to all HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards.
