Executive - Retail Sales

About the Role
This role is focused on facilitating the sale of new vehicles, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for customers. You will actively record and manage inquiries using the dealer management system and proactively follow up with customers to meet their expectations and enhance their experience. You will have an understanding of performance indicators and assist your line manager in maximizing each sale's profitability. This position also entails adhering to company and legal requirements throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Fully engage in the sales process for new vehicles, supporting customer transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
• Record and manage inquiries in the dealer management system, demonstrating proactive follow-up.
• Understand key performance indicators as outlined by your line manager.
• Assist in maximizing the profitability of each sale.
• Follow documented sales processes to comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Educate customers on the purchasing process for new vehicles.
• Help maintain the desired standards in display and presentation of sales operations.
• Adhere to all Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) standards.

Operational Responsibilities

• Follow the line manager's direction throughout the sales process.
• Ensure cleared funds (cash or finance) are available before releasing vehicles, including trade-ins.
• Adhere to the guidelines for vehicle registration in accordance with Emirate requirements.
• Provide a professional customer experience at all times.
• Accurately record customer leads and inquiries, managing timely follow-ups.
• Utilize the dealer management system for effective tracking and management of customer interactions.
• Comply with security processes concerning all monetary transactions and vehicle assets.
