Experience Design Specialist

The Experience Design Specialist will be responsible for the effective design and development of experiences across nine categories (excluding EEP). Key responsibilities include:

  Resource Allocation and Oversight: Ensure the efficient use of resources including vendor/partner workplans, budgets, and materials necessary for experience development. Monitor resource allocation to ensure experiences are executed within set parameters.

• Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of the design and implementation of experiences, providing regular reports to the Head of Experience Design & Community Engagement and other stakeholders on progress and challenges.

• Task Management and Scheduling: Coordinate activities with internal and external partners to ensure timely achievement of experience design and implementation milestones.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams and External Partners: Ensure seamless communication throughout the development process by collaborating with internal teams and external partners, capturing input from all stakeholders to enhance design and development.

• Partnership Development and Management: Build and manage relationships with external partners, ensuring their contributions align with experience objectives and overseeing their involvement in content refinement and delivery.

• Cross-Team Integration: Facilitate alignment between teams and collaborators to meet the objectives of each experience category through integrated teamwork.

• Community Engagement: Incorporate feedback from the community, specifically from parents and families, in the design process to ensure experiences are inclusive and responsive to all participants, including children of determination.
