The Opportunity
We are seeking a Supervising Associate to join the Experience Management (EXM) team. The role is responsible for workforce planning, resource deployment, utilization management, and supporting talent development across our business. Successful candidates will work closely with leadership to ensure the right people are assigned to the right opportunities while enabling employee growth and development. The role requires closely working with college graduates in developing their skills, deployment on engagements and experience that helps building young GCC nationals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Manage resource allocation and deployment to meet business and client needs.
  • Monitor utilization, capacity, and workforce availability, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Partner with engagement leaders and talent teams on staffing decisions and workforce planning.
  • Prepare utilization, capacity, and resource management reports and analyses.
  • Support employee development by aligning staffing decisions with learning and career growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on resource planning and workforce optimization.
  • Play a key role in the Consulting Graduate Program (CGP).
  • Manage the onboarding, deployment, and development of fresh graduates under the National Development Program.
  • Track learning milestones, performance feedback, and career progression of national talent.
  • Coordinate with counselors, coaches, and engagement teams to provide meaningful development opportunities and experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • A bachelor's degree in business, human resources, management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, talent management, ideally within professional services.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience working with graduate development programs is an advantage.
