Experienced Enterprise Internal Control Partner

About the Job
The Risk Control team is responsible for performing risk identification and assessing the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls across ByteDance's global functions. The team's mission is to be a trusted advisor and add tangible value to the company through insightful and comprehensive risk management practices and proactive internal controls advisory support.

Responsibilities

• Participate in various company-wide initiatives, such as identifying risks, performing risk analysis, and root cause analysis. Recommend and develop analysis tools and templates to drive efficiency and effectiveness in processes, approvals, and policies improvement.
• Provide research, analysis, and insights based on effectiveness, efficiency, experience, and system feasibility for management reporting as needed.
• Participate in cross‐functional teams to conduct root cause analysis to establish action plans to improve the control environment.
• Encourage and stay up to date with best practices, growing together with team members.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Exceptional proficiency and exemplary communication skills in English, essential for providing support to the EMEA market.
• Familiar with procurement process logic, with compliance-related experience in the procurement field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical skills coupled with the ability to swiftly adapt within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong professional ethics, a dedicated work attitude, and a keen aptitude for learning, while exhibiting high motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
• Open-minded and adaptable nature, fearful of challenges and thriving under pressure, exhibiting a genuine enthusiasm for critical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Internal controls experience and/or risk management operation experience is preferred.
• Experience in internet or tech multinational companies and/or consulting firms is preferred.
