Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and Design AI and Automation Solutions: Lead the design of AI-driven automation frameworks that enhance IT operations and service management integration.
- Implementation and Configuration: Oversee the deployment of AI-driven automation tools within ServiceNow and related monitoring solutions.
- Integration Management: Implement AI-driven automation across platforms to support predictive analytics and automated remediation.
- AI-Powered Monitoring and Incident Management: Improve monitoring capabilities via AI to enable proactive incident resolution.
- Automation Strategy and Best Practices: Develop strategies for measuring and improving operational efficiency through automation.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Provide expert-level support for AI-related incidents, ensuring minimal operational disruption.
- Documentation and Training: Document system architecture and provide training for effective use of AI-driven solutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with IT operations and service teams to ensure AI solutions align with business objectives.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure AI frameworks adhere to organizational security and compliance policies.
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 10 years focused on AI and automation architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven automation tools and monitoring platforms (ServiceNow, SolarWinds, Dynatrace, Nexthink).
- Proven track record in designing large-scale AI frameworks.
- Expertise in machine learning model development and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, and automation preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Familiarity with cloud-native AI solutions.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs for custom integrations.
