Expert Engineer Mobile Regional Projects (Emiratized Role)

The Expert Engineer will play a vital role in guiding and executing Mobile Access Network projects, adhering to contractual specifications. They will provide professional support to subordinates, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and review KPIs on project progress and compliance with project schedule.
• Resolve complex issues/concerns that adversely impact project quality and schedule.
• Generate surveys and analyses for site readiness to accommodate equipment delivery and installation.
• Guide and perform all activities related to hardware installation and software loading, as well as verification of features and functions.
• Interface with vendors, regions, and consultants on Mobile Access Network issues as required.
• Assist in the performance review of contractors and suppliers in terms of project specifications and schedule.
• Stay abreast of new technologies, systems, and developments in the Mobile Access Network area.
• Identify training needs of subordinates to ensure enhancement of skills.
• Provide professional guidance and support to subordinates in carrying out the assigned functions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Telecommunications/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile Access Network technologies and protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills for guiding teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
• Valid driving license for regional travel.
• Willingness to undergo training and development opportunities.
