Expert Labs Delivery Consultant - Early Professional Automation

As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with company clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize company Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. Your role will leverage your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while applying consultative skills such as problem-solving, communication, and service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions to help them achieve true business value through design, development, integration, implementation, migration, and product support.
• Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
• Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops.
• Developing successful relationships at all levels—from engineers to CxOs—while navigating challenging debates to reach healthy resolutions.
• Demonstrating a natural bias towards self-motivation, curiosity, and initiative in problem-solving.
• Collaborating and communicating effectively across client, partner, and company teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Expertise in Data and IT Technologies, including technology areas such as company Cloud Pak for Data, Red Hat OpenShift, company Db2, COGNOS, company Watson Studio, and related AI frameworks or equivalent enterprise solutions.
