Expert Solution Architect - Integration & Fulfillment Support & Operations

The Expert Solution Architect will be responsible for the continuous enhancement of SR360, Eclipse & Ivory for consumer complaints. Key responsibilities include guiding teams to develop in-house tools, reviewing and sharing monthly CCC complaint analysis, integrating App dynamics, implementing a dashboard for critical flows, and monitoring key performance indicators (Fulfillment, Reconnection & Complaints). The role involves preparing detailed reports for management, controlling mobile fulfillment activities, authorizing data change implementations, and ensuring effective communication with vendor teams for operational discussions.

Additionally, you will control and supervise maintenance tasks, handle abnormal concerns regarding Mobile Fulfillment systems, and ensure compliance with corporate guidelines. This includes monitoring system statistics, managing Mobile Provisioning projects, and recommending training requirements for team members.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

Technical Skills:

• Operating Systems: UNIX, Linux, Solaris, Windows
• Languages: Java, SQL, PLSQL, J2EE
• Skills: JDBC, Servlets, JSP
• Web Technologies: Web Services, SOAP, WSDL, REST
• Application Servers: Tomcat, WebLogic
• Scripting Language: Shell Script
• Preferred expertise in Telecom Fulfillment Nodes and UCIP protocol over AIR.

Language Requirements:
Proficiency in English is required.
