Responsibilities:
- Data Visualization and Self-service Analysis: Create visually appealing and user-friendly reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Implement best practices for data visualization and design principles. Facilitate ad hoc data analysis requests and drive the implementation of self-service BI capabilities.
- Business Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into technical requirements. Conduct analysis of business requirements, data sources, and existing infrastructure to determine appropriate reporting solutions.
- Quality Assurance and Governance: Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of reporting solutions by implementing robust data validation and quality assurance processes. Establish data governance policies and security measures.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in BI tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Cognos). Strong understanding of telecom data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Familiarity with telecom industry-specific reporting needs is preferred.
