Key Responsibilities:
- Create change requests from RTC to HPSM for implementation.
- Review implemented changes and prepare post-implementation review reports.
- Update the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) based on feedback from IT service owners on development and implementation projects.
- Assess the impact of changes, monitor progress, and manage risks and issues associated with change releases and configuration of new and existing services.
- Chair the Change Advisory Board group, defining and refining the change release and configuration management processes with internal stakeholders and functional release managers.
- Ensure the currency and accuracy of the CMDB, coordinating change and release with all relevant internal stakeholders.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive and accurate CMDB that supports all CIT processes, enabling accurate impact assessments related to all changes.
- Accountable for scheduling and controlling the movement of all releases to test and live environments by collaborating with functional release managers, project managers, and development leads.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
- 5 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of ITIL, Change Management, System Administration, and IT Administration.
