Experts in Product Lifecycle and Marketing Strategy

Experts at this level are responsible for guiding on the company's products and services portfolio, market insights, and demand forecasting to consolidate demand plans, business cases, pricing, promotion, campaigns, and communications. They also advise on the complete customer lifecycle and experience, creating improved value for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice in defining product lifecycle and build the roadmap in terms of development and management of products by acquiring market insights and converting them into innovative solutions.
• Advise on the management of existing product lines, increasing profitability and setting Profit and Loss goals for each product in liaison with Finance.
• Guide on developing product strategies and implementation of targeted campaigns to optimize strategic KPIs.
• Provide expert advice on managing the company's branding initiatives, developing overall branding framework, and compliance with relevant standards.
• Advise on customer experience strategies, programs, initiatives, and managing complaints to develop complaints reduction initiatives across sectors.
• Liaise with marketing insights for the analysis of market and competitor data to devise effective action plans for maximizing sales and market share.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience working in marketing, market research, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, customer experience, or other marketing areas within the technology or telecommunication industry.
• Expert proficiency in product development and management, data collection and analysis, relevant software/marketing tools, and customer relationship management.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing; Master’s Degree in Business Administration is preferred.
