About the Role
Join our dynamic Riyadh Innovation Hub as a Senior Immersive Experience Facilitator, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading high-impact experiences for senior clients. This client-facing position is designed for a seasoned professional adept at engaging C-suite executives, board members, and ministerial audiences. You will ensure that our advanced technologies facilitate meaningful discussions, driving clear business outcomes while working closely with various internal teams to design and execute complex client journeys.

Your Key Responsibilities

Executive Facilitation in Immersive Environments

• Lead essential sessions for executives, including plenary discussions, structured activities, breakout conversations, and outcome development.
• Drive inquiry-led dialogues that challenge assumptions and guide senior stakeholders toward informed decisions.
• Integrate immersive spaces, live tech demos, simulations, and data visualizations into conversations to create engaging experiences.
• Foster an inclusive, psychologically safe environment that encourages participation.
• Utilize strong listening skills and emotional intelligence to manage conflicts and navigate sensitive topics.
• Assist stakeholders in achieving alignment while appreciating the complexity of the challenges faced.

Experience Shaping and Curation

• Collaborate with teams to understand client challenges, audience needs, and success metrics before designing detailed engagements.
• Create and refine the client journey across discovery, co-creation, and transformation formats.
• Choose the appropriate content, spaces, and prototypes that align with client objectives.
• Provide direction to the hub’s immersive design and technical teams on necessary developments.
• Manage external agencies when needed.
• Ensure the agenda, narrative, and outcomes remain under the company’s ownership during collaborative sessions with technology partners.
• Connect each activity to the overarching client challenge.

Applied Innovation and Prototype Direction

• Translate vague challenges into well-defined opportunity areas and use cases based on business and human needs.
• Evaluate AI and technology use cases based on multiple criteria to prioritize development.
• Convert technical possibilities into narratives relevant to executives, influencing decisions effectively.
• Specify the purpose and success measures for prototypes, directing designers and engineers accordingly.
• Address AI, data privacy, security, and ethical considerations from the start.

Commercial Conversion and Handover

• Distill engagements into outputs such as sharpened problem statements and selected proof-of-concept pathways.
• Assemble structured handover packs detailing recommendations, success criteria, and proposed funding routes.
• Link experience outcomes to tangible client opportunities and subsequent proposals.
• Establish trusted relationships with clients and ecosystem partners, maintaining momentum post-engagement.

Hub Practice Contribution

• Enhance the hub’s session library and assets, retiring outdated formats and recommending new ones.
• Inform the use-case backlog with client insights and recurring themes.
• Create reusable formats and contribute to thought leadership within the innovation community.
• Disseminate lessons learned across the company’s broader networks.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

• 8 to 12 years of senior-level experience in consulting, strategy, or client-facing innovation roles.
• Minimum of three years in an innovation center or immersive client environment.
• Proven track record leading sessions for senior executives.
• Experience with multinational organizations and external consulting firms.
• Demonstrated success in designing technology-driven client engagements.
• Experience directing prototypes through collaborative processes.
• Familiarity with generative AI and related technologies.
• Strong storytelling and synthesis capabilities.
• Fluent in English with necessary executive presence.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have

• A degree or qualification in relevant fields such as design thinking or technology.
• Experience in establishing or revitalizing innovation centers.
• Exposure to clients in energy, infrastructure, or public sectors.
• Experience with technology vendors and rapid prototyping.
• Certification in facilitation or similar skills.
• Contributions to thought leadership in innovation.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Current residency in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
