Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team in providing tax services, managing clients’ compliance and reporting needs.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen valued internal and external relationships ensuring high quality service delivery.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client engagements, ensuring progress and deliverables are met.
- Implement necessary standardized processes, identify and escalate risks, and drive performance improvement solutions.
- Supervise high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture through coaching and counseling of junior team members.
- Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.
Skills and Attributes for Success
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail.
- Management experience and comfort working across borders with large datasets.
To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, taxation, or a related field.
- Kuwaiti CPA (mandatory).
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in domestic and international tax rules and tax accounting, ideally within a large professional services company.
- Strong background in tax auditing is preferred.
