F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructor

The company Global Services (BGS) team is seeking an F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructor in the discipline of Armament. This is a long-term assignment to Qatar - Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided. Prior to expatriating to Doha, you would be in Saint Louis, MO for approximately 5 weeks for training.

Position Responsibilities

• Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives, and design.
• Oversees the development, delivery, and evaluation of technical training.
• Ensures accuracy and quality of training products.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience leading cross-functional, geographically dispersed teams.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience with maintenance working on aircraft armament systems.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience with training courseware development with platform instructions.

Relocation
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Security Clearance
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance post-start is required.
