The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing, troubleshooting, and supporting F5 solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across critical network infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a shift-based, 24x7 rotational support model.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24x7 operational support for F5 managed services.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents related to F5 infrastructure.
- Configure, administer, and maintain F5 products, including:
- F5 Local Traffic Manager (LTM)
- F5 Advanced Web Application Firewall (AWAF)
- F5 DNS
- F5 Advanced Firewall Manager (AFM)
- F5 Access Policy Manager (APM)
- Perform health checks, configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities.
- Investigate performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers for incident resolution and change implementation.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational reports.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management processes while meeting agreed SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with F5 technologies.
- Strong practical knowledge of:
- F5 LTM
- F5 AWAF
- F5 DNS
- F5 AFM
- F5 APM
- Experience with F5 BIG-IP administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, DNS, and load balancing concepts.
- Familiarity with incident management and IT service management processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational support model.
Preferred Qualifications:
- F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) or equivalent F5 certifications.
- Experience working in an enterprise Managed Services environment.
- Knowledge of scripting or automation is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
