Facilities Management Manager

This role is responsible for managing the technical facilities delivery with end-to-end accountability for the Technical Buildings within the Region. The Facilities Management Manager will supervise contractor activities, drive resource optimization, and ensure compliance with business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the critical facilities management delivery for the Technical Buildings in the West Region.
• Maintain critical systems availability in the critical environment, including DC, AC, UPS, Precision Cooling, Raised Floor, Air Flow Management, FDAS, and FSS.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of power and cooling to active infrastructure and support associated activities in the Critical Environment.
• Manage SOPs, ERPs, EOPs, and MOPs in day-to-day FM operations.
• Implement and enforce HSS regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for core services.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance within SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage spares and consumables supply and inventory.
• Oversee maintenance of Electro-mechanical assets (Hard FM services) including HVAC, transport systems, BMS, energy management, and civil/architectural works.
• Manage soft FM services such as janitorial, housekeeping, and civil works.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Additional education certifications are preferred.
