Facilities Management Specialist

The role holder is responsible for managing the technical facilities delivery under end-to-end accountability for the Technical Buildings within the Region. The role holder supervises contractor activities, driving resource optimization and development in the district. Duties are carried out in accordance with the stipulated business policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage the critical facilities management delivery for the Technical Buildings in the West Region.
• Ensure the uninterrupted supply of power and cooling to the infrastructure available within the sites and support activities associated with the critical environment.
• Oversee the corrective and preventive maintenance activities for the facilities within SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage the Electro-mechanical assets maintenance, including HVAC, transport systems, and all maintenance routines.
• Implement HSS (High-Speed Sintering) and Regulatory standards enforcement.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders associated with the core services.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of experience within the Telecommunication industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
• Familiarity with corporate property, real estate, and risk management strategies associated with critical facilities.
