We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team. The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing all building-related activities, preserving the good condition of infrastructure, and ensuring that all building facilities are safe and well-functioning. This role involves implementing policies, managing building insurance, overseeing PPM work, and maintaining documentation and procedures to ensure well-managed, well-maintained buildings and facilities. The position places maximum emphasis on responding positively to tenant concerns, environmental health and safety, and quality programs.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of building maintenance and management.
- Ensure all facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained.
- Implement and manage policies related to facility management.
- Handle building insurance policies and claims.
- Negotiate contracts and manage contractual relationships.
- Lead the facilities team and provide direction on tenant service requests.
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Organize and conduct regular inspections of facilities.
- Develop and manage budgets related to facilities operations.
- Foster a customer service-oriented environment within the team.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and maintenance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field (MEP – must be an engineer, preferably civil).
- Proven 5-7 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles, best practices, and regulations.
- Solid experience in contract negotiations and contracts management.
- Thorough understanding of insurance claims processes.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using facility management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repairs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
