Responsibilities
- Manage the critical facilities management delivery under end-to-end accountability for the Technical Buildings in the West Region.
- Maintain the critical systems' availability serving the critical environment such as DC, AC, UPS, Precision Cooling, Raised Floor, Air Flow Management, FDAS, and FSS in the central region.
- Ensure the uninterrupted supply of power and cooling to the active infrastructure available within the sites.
- Manage the SOPs, ERPs, EOPs, MOPs, in the day-to-day operations of the FM contracts.
- Implement HSS (High Speed Sintering) and regulatory standards enforcement.
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders associated with core services.
- Oversee the corrective and preventive maintenance activities for facilities within SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage the maintenance of Electro-mechanical assets (Hard FM services), including HVAC, transport systems, BMS, Infrastructure and Energy Management, and civil and architectural routines.
- Supervise soft FM services such as janitorial, housekeeping, and civil works.
Requirements
- 2 - 4 years of prior experience within the telecommunications industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
- Additional Education Certifications are a plus.
