Facilities Manager

The role holder is responsible for managing the technical facilities delivery under end-to-end accountability for the Technical Buildings within the Region. They supervise contractor activities, drive resource optimization and development in the district, and carry out their duties in accordance with stipulated business policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the critical facilities management delivery for the Technical Buildings in the West Region.
• Maintain the availability of critical systems such as DC, AC, UPS, Precision Cooling, Raised Floors, Air Flow Management, FDAS, and FSS in the central region.
• Ensure the uninterrupted supply of power and cooling to the active infrastructure and support Critical Environment activities.
• Manage SOPs, ERPs, EOPs, and MOPs in day-to-day FM operations.
• Implement High Speed Sintering (HSS) and enforce regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders related to core services.
• Oversee corrective and preventive maintenance activities for facilities within SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage the supply and administration of spares and consumables.
• Oversee maintenance of Electro-mechanical assets (Hard FM services) including HVAC, transport systems, BMS, Infrastructure and Energy Management, and civil works.
• Manage soft FM services including janitorial and housekeeping tasks.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of prior experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
