We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join us as Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technicians. This role focuses on ensuring adherence to safety regulations and policies, conducting timely preventative maintenance, and enhancing equipment availability through continuous improvement.
Shift Pattern
This role includes working in non-traditional shift patterns, which may include nights and weekends.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Prioritize health & safety best practices in all tasks, ensuring compliance with all health & safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance on a full range of equipment within the site.
- Respond quickly to breakdowns, communicate clearly with affected teams, and work efficiently to resolve issues.
- Support continuous improvement by learning from breakdowns and providing feedback and suggestions for enhancements through the line manager.
- Ensure high levels of equipment availability for our internal customers.
- Collaborate with and learn from Senior Reliability Engineering Technicians.
- Manage contractors effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on material handling equipment (MHE) and automated conveyor systems.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the refrigeration industry.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the electrical engineering field.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations.
- Experience with automation and version control tools, or managing firewalls and web security.
- Bachelor's degree in an advanced technical degree field.
- Experience with print and apply machines.
