Join the company Reliability Maintenance Engineering team, where we maintain and optimize technologies throughout the Global company Warehouse & Delivery Network. We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to fill the role of Reliability Maintenance Engineering Technician. This role emphasizes adherence to safety regulations, timely preventative maintenance, and the continuous improvement of equipment availability.
Shift Pattern
This role includes working in a non-traditional shift pattern, which may involve nights and weekends.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Prioritize health & safety best practices in all work, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct planned preventative maintenance on a comprehensive range of site equipment.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns while clearly communicating with affected parties and efficiently resolving issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by analyzing breakdowns and providing feedback and improvement suggestions to the line manager.
- Ensure high levels of equipment availability for our internal customers.
- Support and learn from Senior Reliability Engineering Technicians.
- Manage contractors involved in maintenance and repairs.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics, Communication, or Instrumentation and Controls.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in conveyors, automation, or control systems maintenance.
- Flexibility to work any shift pattern within the 24/7/365 operation, including days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
