Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations and maintenance of facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support facility upgrades, repairs, and renovations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inventory, and service reports.
- Support budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for facility management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in facility engineering or related field, preferably within construction or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
- Experience with preventive maintenance planning and facility management software.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
