Key Responsibilities

Comprehensive Technical and Project Management:
- Responsible for technical management throughout the equipment lifecycle, including drafting technical requirements, overseeing quality during construction, and managing system handover and acceptance testing.

Oversight of Operations, Maintenance & IFM Coordination:
- Develop and implement overall equipment maintenance plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and standards.
- Supervise daily operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication and coordination with the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company regarding all equipment-related services.

Technical Documentation, Training & Compliance:
- Review technical schemes, provide drawing approval, and maintain technical archives.
- Conduct and participate in internal/external skill training programs.
- Organize and oversee operational training and assessment for equipment personnel.

Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
- Drive technological innovation and process optimization to execute cost-control, energy-saving, and consumption-reduction projects.
Requirements
- Experience in technical management and project lifecycle oversight.
- Strong knowledge of equipment maintenance, operations, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to develop and implement maintenance plans and SOPs.
- Proven track record in facilitating training programs and managing technical documentation.
- Analytical mindset for driving continuous improvement initiatives.
