Falcon Specialist (Fraud & Risk Management)

We have an immediate job opportunity for a Falcon Specialist (Fraud & Risk Management) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of experience in a technical track with the Falcon (FFMS) application, specifically in Falcon Technology versions 6.5.X and 7.X. A full understanding of Falcon solutions and their implementation is essential.

The role requires experience with the end-to-end process and components of Falcon, including installation in both production and non-production environments. A background in Fraud Manager System Administration and Falcon application workflow (services and batch) is preferred, along with experience in integration technologies such as MQ, brokers, APIs, and gateways. Familiarity with operating systems like RedHat/Linux is also important.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Significant experience translating business needs into IT systems and operations.
• Strong knowledge of product/service development, as well as project and program management methodologies.

Required Skills:

• Experience integrating Falcon with MQ, Integration Broker, APIs, and Gateways.
• Strong knowledge of RedHat/Linux OS for application operations.
• Database experience with Oracle, SQL scripts, and MS Access.
• Expertise in end-to-end Falcon processes and components.
• Experience in various Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (waterfall/Agile).
