Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical expert for Cepheid systems and assay portfolios in customer settings.
- Lead onsite implementation and validation of systems and assays, ensuring a successful “Go Live” process.
- Perform product demonstrations, scientific presentations, and hands-on training for customers.
- Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies for increasing Cepheid adoption and menu utilization.
- Support tender evaluations, clinical assessments, and proof-of-performance studies.
- Oversee preventive maintenance, installations, system upgrades, and troubleshooting onsite.
- Maintain accurate documentation in Salesforce, including site visits and training logs.
- Manage field inventory, ensuring availability of spare parts and tools for technical support.
- Partner with Scientific Affairs to align local medical evidence with protocols.
- Drive high customer satisfaction by acting as a trusted advisor and optimizing product performance.
- Participate in developing customer-facing materials, such as training content and SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of clinical laboratory experience, specifically in virology, microbiology, molecular biology, or oncology.
- Hands-on experience with PCR technology and diagnostic instrumentation.
- Proficiency in sample collection workflows, laboratory diagnostics equipment, and accreditation protocols.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.
- Willingness to spend 75–80% of time on-site with customers across KSA.
- Valid Saudi motor vehicle license required.
Additional Information:
- This role requires regular domestic travel across Saudi Arabia and occasional international travel for training and team meetings.
- Most responsibilities will occur in a laboratory environment, with occasional evening or weekend work required for special events or urgent installations.
