We are looking to recruit a Field CTO for Saudi Arabia to drive senior interactions in the region with established relationships with key customers. The Customer CTO will act as a liaison between the needs of the customer and the solutions that Oracle may offer. This role is essential to ensuring Oracle’s value offerings are feasible, consistent, effective, and aligned with customer needs.
The Customer CTO will collaborate with Account Software Engineers, Account Cloud Engineers, and Enterprise Technology Architects to build groundbreaking innovative end-to-end solutions and strategies to achieve long-term customer goals.
Responsibilities
- Support account teams in large-scale ground-breaking opportunities
- Collaborate with local account teams and a broad range of other Oracle Lines of Business
- Interact with all roles at customer organizations, including CFO, CIO, CTO, and business leaders
- Conduct strategic workshops, providing assessment and recommendations for future state
- Lead solution design ensuring high-quality integrated cross-domain business solutions
- Position Oracle as the transformation partner through consulting and services capabilities
Requirements
- Extensive background as a Senior Technology Leader (CTO, Head of Cloud, etc.)
- Validated technical expertise in PaaS, IaaS, and Digital Transformation
- Strong knowledge of cloud solutions and architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
- Significant C-level presentation and consultative selling experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to establish C-level relationships with key clients in the region

Education
A University degree or equivalent experience in Computer Sciences or similar IT-related fields is required. Candidates should be a Saudi National.
