Your Role and Responsibilities:
The Field CTO is a high-impact position focused on executive-level engagement, field enablement, and strategic product feedback. You will serve as an extension of the CTO and CEO, strategically supporting sales teams by building pipelines, closing opportunities, and maintaining long-term relationships with customer leadership. You will provide business, technical, and organizational guidance to drive customer outcomes, working closely with regional sales leadership to prioritize accounts likely to impact the pipeline significantly.
Your role involves illustrating the benefits of the company's product suite and showcasing your expertise through participation in various events like webinars, round tables, and executive briefings. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for engaging with both business and technology leaders.

Expectations in This Role:

  • Collaborate with field marketing teams to enhance awareness and support pipeline building.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback on product aspects to share with internal teams.
  • Establish relationships and act as a technical lead for strategic accounts.
  • Identify product adoption opportunities and collaborate on customer needs.
  • Lead customer engagements and contribute to technical materials to enhance internal capabilities.
  • Facilitate education and upskilling within the sales and customer success teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Demonstrated history of executive engagement and leadership.
  • Experience in cloud automation, DevOps, and security with a strong technical background.
  • Competence in interacting with business and technical decision-makers, especially within enterprise environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex solutions effectively, including sales strategies and thought leadership.
  • Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with the company and its products and services.
