About the Role
This position involves executing the mobilization plan and ensuring compliance with procedures offshore. The individual will be responsible for the availability of necessary work permits, construction aids, equipment, materials, and consumables, as well as planning and preparing procedures. Daily activities will be allocated to work crews, and the role will serve as a liaison between clients and subcontractors. Additionally, the individual will support Superintendents, Construction Engineers, and the Project Manager, while compiling daily progress and field engineer reports, completion documentation, as-builts, and lessons learned. Compliance with HSE standards is paramount.

Responsibilities
- Study and execute the mobilization plan.
- Ensure that procedures are in place offshore and are adhered to.
- Ensure availability of work permits, construction aids, equipment, materials, and consumables.
- Conduct forward planning and prepare procedures.
- Allocate daily activities to works crews.
- Liaise with clients and subcontractors.
- Assist Superintendents, Construction Engineers, Project Managers, etc.
- Prepare daily progress and field engineer reports.
- Document completion, as-builts, and lessons learned.
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering.
- 2-5 years’ experience in offshore work.
- Good English communication skills.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to being a team player.
- Willingness to work both onshore and offshore.
- Eagerness to learn complex tasks and procedures.
