Key Responsibilities
- Study technical reports raised by dealers and prioritize key concerns for further investigation.
- Conduct regular field visits to dealers to investigate concerns and collect necessary technical data from vehicles.
- Coordinate with dealer technical teams to clarify market information and collect additional data as needed.
- Issue technical reports to the product quality improvement team and follow up on countermeasures.
- Prepare technical reports for priority items such as initial/durability quality, dissatisfaction items, breakdowns, and safety regulations.
- Educate dealer technical service advisors on capturing necessary technical details and concern grading according to company standards.
- Support dealers in reporting product quality issues and provide feedback.
- Assist dealers with customer handling for product quality-related items.
What We Are Looking For
- 5-7 years of experience with a degree in mechanical, automobile, or electrical engineering.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle investigation and diagnosis.
- Hands-on experience using vehicle diagnosis tools, data collection processes, and software updates.
- Good understanding and ability to study and use vehicle service manuals, parts catalogs, and electrical diagrams.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting regarding market issues, claims, conditions, etc.
- Ability to prepare technical service bulletins.
- Experience with company vehicles is an advantage.
- Strong coordination skills with dealers.
- Flexibility in changing responsible markets/tasks.
- Willingness to travel urgently as necessary.
- Proficient in English communication (both writing and speaking).
