In this geography-focused role, you will represent marketing & communications to clients, sellers, business partners, analysts, and media. You are responsible for understanding IBM clients, partners, and overall market trends in Saudi Arabia, aligning IBM's vision with the local agenda for Digital Transformation and AI strategy.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Field Marketer, you will:

  • Design and execute local marketing and communications plans tailored to the Saudi market, considering cultural nuances and local trends.
  • Leverage multiple tactics in your marketing plans, including live or virtual events, brand recognition, social media marketing, and digital lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Clients, and IBM Partners in Saudi Arabia to foster strong relationships and ensure alignment with market needs.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of marketing activities using data-driven insights to drive business growth.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitive landscape to ensure effectiveness in strategies.

We offer a dynamic blend of personal flexibility and a thriving in-office environment, requiring three days of in-office presence per week, with two days for remote work.

Requirements

  • Experience in relevant markets creating and implementing successful marketing and/or communications plans.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams.
  • Proficient understanding of technology products, sales cycles, and solution positioning.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic speaker and writer preferred.
