Field Sales Development Representative - GCC | IT Technology Services

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Development Representative to join a leading Technology Services Company in Dubai. In this role, you will generate new business opportunities across the GCC through various avenues, including face-to-face visits, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. You will identify potential clients and arrange qualified meetings to promote our technology and business solutions.

Responsibilities

• Find potential clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar.
• Visit companies and conduct face-to-face sales visits.
• Make cold visits and follow up with potential clients.
• Attend exhibitions, business events, and industry forums.
• Use phone, LinkedIn, and email to support sales activities.
• Identify client needs and suitable services.
• Qualify potential clients and arrange meetings with decision-makers.
• Maintain records of visits, contacts, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Report market feedback and competitor activity.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• At least 2 years of experience selling technology services, IT outsourcing, BPO, or staffing services.
• Experience with face-to-face sales, cold visits, and networking.
• GCC sales experience.
• Saudi Arabia sales experience is strongly preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is preferred.
• Experience using CRM systems and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Must be currently in UAE.
