Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with clients (sellers and buyers).
- Present car features and conduct demonstrations (test drives) during field viewings.
- Collaborate closely with the finance, insurance, and transfer teams to ensure successful vehicle transfers.
- Identify customer needs prior to making recommendations.
- Assist clients with queries and questions via phone and email during viewings.
- Understand the motors market and its diverse audiences.
- Follow up with buyers and sellers to enhance the closing ratio.
- Promote various car models based on buyer interests.
- Familiarize yourself with the inspection report before viewings, explaining to customers the vehicle condition, service history, warranty, and overall status.
- Share inspection reports with buyers.
- Timely and accurately update viewings and add comments in the system.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a field representative/account manager in the UAE, preferably within the motors industry.
- Experience using CRM software/apps (Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Strong closing skills.
- Exceptional customer service attitude, work ethic, and drive for success.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Well-versed in customer service and training techniques with the ability to learn quickly.
- Valid UAE driver’s license and a willingness to travel to meet new and existing clients.
